Two step popup (link and button) doesn’t appear

Hi i want create a two step popup. I try this guide:

But it doesnt’ work. I try link and also button.

I write the html [icegram campaigns=”mypopupid”]<button>Your Text</button>[/icegram] in a post, but when i click on it, the link of my site become:

https://www.mysite.com/#

And nothing appears. The icegram campaigns that i choose is published, and it is a popup campaign. It is a simple popuo image with a form created with rainmaker.

How can i resolve the problem?
