  • Hi there,

i see only one slideshow on the page you linked to?

There’s only one slideshow, but you have to activate the slideshow by clicking on one of the thumbnails to get the odd effect I’m describing.

    I have the same problem.

When you click on a thumbnail, it opens two slideshows on top of each other.

@phlaf – It appears you have two different Lightbox effects being triggered on your site. I would suggest turning one off and/or adjusting the Lightbox respective settings (if possible).

If you continue to have issues, please start your own topic so we can try to help you with your specific issue on your specific site.

    Thanks!

@jami1955: i see, my bad. I started the slideshow using the “Start slideshow” link instead of clicking the thumbnails.

Erm…to narrow it down, does this also happen when you deactivate all plugins?

@jami1955 – As with @phlaf, there appears to be two different Lightbox effects being triggered on your site, I would suggest either turning off NextGEN Gallery’s under Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects … set this to “None”; or, look at your theme settings to see if its Lightbox can be turned “off”.

    Thanks!

    Hey Cais, thanks for replying.

You are correct, there were two lightbox effects running.

However, it can only be corrected by turning the lightbox from the theme off, then the slideshow from nextgen will work. If I turn off the lightbox supplied from Nextgen and leave the theme lightbox on, the slideshow is broken, as a click on a thumbnail will only open that picture in lightbox, and there is no possibility of further viewing, outside of closing the lightbox and clicking other pictures individually.

    thanks again.
