Two shipping methods showing up

Hi!
Its probably some configuration issue but no matter how much I look at it I can’t seem to get to know the problem.

I have a wine shop that shipping is based on weight (this part, no problem). But, if the shipping is over 99 euros, no matter the weight, it’s free.
