• I have two separate forms on one page, one in the footer the other in the main content. But I just get a spinning icon when I try to submit.

    On pages where I only have the form in the footer – it works fine.

    I’ve disabled all widgets and themes – same problem.

    And the successful pages I get the Response
    ——-
    {“mailSent”:true,”into”:”#wpcf7-f158-w1-o1″,”captcha”:null,”message”:”Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.”,”onSentOk”:[“_gaq.push([‘_trackEvent’, ‘Quick Enquiry Form’, ‘Submit’]);”]}

    On the page with TWO forms I get the response just to the page I am on. In other words CF7 is not redirecting the ‘action’ properly… is that possible.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have found the problem, and I’ve come across this before… the important thing to note is that I am using Windows Hosting with ISAPI Rewrite installed (please forgive me).

    This works for normal permalinks, i.e. you can have https://www.domain.com/about-us/ etc.

    The problem is Forms do not work on these permalinks… if we insert https://www.domain.com/index.php/contact/ then the form will work. If we are using ISAPI Rewrite and the url is just https://www.domain.com/contact/ the form will not work.

    I’m still looking for a proper fix, I suspect this is to do with how ISAPI is configured on the server. But this is the problem.

    I’ll post how we solved it once the hosting company gets back to me.
