Two separate files are download when I download the backup

    Hello
    I create the backup of the website and when I click download 2 separate files are download so I have an question Should I have to upload both the files while migrating the website from local host to live server.

    Yes, in that case, please upload all parts of the backup to the destination site at a time.

    Here is also a doc on why a backup is split to several parts and how to get one file.

    Ok I will try but I am facing a problem When I tried to restore the backup after some times it shows Website restore times out.
    What should I do for it.

    For the restore timeout issue, please first try to adjust settings(including the Litespeed server) suggested in this doc.

    If the error persists after you adjust all settings, can you please send us the full restore log to help troubleshoot the issue?
