Two Search form one at header another at widget

Hey friends..

This is the very first time I am creating own template from scratch and here I need great help now and may be in future as well…

Everything is going well, just stuck at weird situation never expected. ??

I have set one search box at header right with my css styling and just setting up widget area and now realized that wordpress using same searchform.php for widget and another place(here is header search box). So its using same stylesheet class.. Resulting widget searchbox doesn’t appearing at all due to custom styling for header.

So here I need help from you people to solve this issue. I need my own custom style search box at header and also need to add at widget search box with another style (as per widget styling).

Please help me to solve this.. ??
