Two repeater fields needs to communicate

Hi guys, how to do this.

let say,

I have two repeater fields.

First Repeater Field has only 1 field a text field.

then the Second Repeater Field has a field True/False
then that True/False field will going to get all the values that was inserted in the First Repeater Field by the user(not the developer).

I hope anyone can help me.
