I’ve been getting multiple instances of the following errors in my logs since updating to Jetpack 3.0:

[22-May-2014 00:04:28 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function stat() on a non-object in /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-heartbeat.php on line 85

[21-May-2014 22:35:05 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_user_lang_code() in /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/after-the-deadline/proxy.php on line 54

The after-the-deadline error occurs alongside the 500 error in my Dashboard when attempting to use the Jetpack Proofread button. I see several other users have posted about the same issue, but I wanted to add the corresponding error log. Thanks!

Thanks for the error log information. The after-the-deadline issue should be resolved in 3.0.1.

The second issue we’ve fixed this last night in the development version, after 3.0.1 had already shipped, (via this addition) and it will ship out in either the next point release (e.g. a 3.0.2 if there are other issues urgent enough to require it) or in 3.1.

    Thanks for reporting it.

    Cheers!
