Two questions re: Jetpack publicise.

I have two quick and hopefully simple questions with regards Jetpack’s publicise feature.
Q1: bit.ly support? The documentation says it’s coming, but that was supposed to be 2.0.1. Am I just not doing something obvious, or how am I missing it? Also vaguely related: how can I make sure the twitter feed I’ve configured in publicise is connected for everyone?
Q2: Publicise and scheduled posts. I don’t schedule a lot of posts, but when I do, I’d prefer it if Twitter didn’t see it until the post actually went public. the documentation reads like it will be tweeted as soon as the post is scheduled–not, I don’t think, the expected result. Am I misreading the documentation?
