Two questions, help me please

Hi everybody, i have 2 questions regarding contact form 7:

1) regarding the date field, can i do something to don’t allow the users to set a date before of today’s date? and if i have 2 date fields is possible that the second one cannot be a date earlier than the date set on the first one?

2) how can i set an honeypot in the form?
