Two Questions

  • Hello,
    Thank you very much for your plugin. I have two minor issues. First the phrase: Worship Service 11:00 AM creates a link for ic 11:00. Also when I turn on Show Popover with verse the popup shows () More and no verse. I’m using Avada.

    Thanks for reaching me. I’m sorry for the issue and also I apologize for the late answer, I was out (family things).

    If I may, I would like to know a bit more about your specific case to be able to help. Currently bVerse Convert does not has a way to track/get this type information, so I would like to kindly ask here (I’m also working on a possible solution for this in a near future).

    • Which version of WordPress you currently use?
    • Which version of bVerse Convert you have installed?
    • Which “Bible Reference Service” you are using?
    • Which “Scriptures Version” you are using?

    I’m also using “Avada” for bVerse Convert site and so far I haven’t had this specific issues. It may be related to a conflict with another plugin, but please, let me know about the info I asked above so I can do my best to help you in any way I can to solve this issue asap.

    I disabled all the plugins other than yours and the two for Avada and still had the same issues. Here are the answers to your questions:

    Which version of WordPress you currently use? 4.9.4
    Which version of bVerse Convert you have installed? 1.3.5
    Which “Bible Reference Service” you are using? BibleGateway.com
    Which “Scriptures Version” you are using? NIV

    @crazytech1 I’ve been working on this issue but so far I haven’t been able to recreate the error/issue.

    I went as far as creating a VM with a “localhost” where I installed a fresh copy of WordPress v4.9.4, Avada v5.4.2 (all patches) and bVerse Convert v1.3.5 (BibleGateway.com + NIV + Popover) and still can’t get the error to show.

    Since I can’t replicate the error is hard for me to go further with support ?? .

    Just in case… Have you tried disabling bVerse Convert and re-enabling it back? Is not like that’s going to solve the issue but you can always try that and also clearing your browser cache.

    I’m willing to help as far as I can, just let me know.
