I have two products, which I linked with the same Item to book. Unfortunately, when people book item using one product page, it is still available to book on second product page. That makes me think the database isn’t syncing beetween products. What can I do to make it sync?

By the way, I think you might have some issues with Availability rules, when one of the time range is equal to midnight.

    Hi,

thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I have to say that the issue hasn’t been resolved for me…

As you said, I have updated the plugin to the newest version. I am still able to add two products assigned to the same item to my cart. I can also book them one by one, and the availability is not syncing. Below you can find links to images with my configuration. If you like I can also share site URL, but I would like to do it in some private message.

?Now we got the problem you are facing.
Actually it is not bug, this is how our system supposed to work. Booking Item has no connection with the booking slots
Booking slots are reserved based on the product assigned to a booking item.
?If you have multiple products assigned to a booking item, each product will have its own slots.

Anyway, there is a work around for your requirement,

You can utilize the Resources Feature ( Which is available only in pro version).
Resources feature can use to add common resources needed for booking, it can be additional items served, cleaning cost, or any other additional fee can be collected using this feature.

For your requirement, please go to Resource section , and create a Resource, with any name ,
and check the following options .
ensure you have un check “Is Optional”, and you can hide showing this resource for customer by Ticking “Hide from Customer”

And the important thing that you have to check this is a limited resource option at the bottom

    `Could this become a feature?
Theoretically, the products use a calendar. You could set that this calendar assigns only one slot for all products, e.g. with a checkbox.

    I need it too:
I offer training packages and have only one trainer. But these packages need different products because they are bundles. Per booking, the trainer is then occupied and can therefore not be booked again on same day.

Or first simpler: A checkbox for setting:
That all slots in a calendar block appointments without product reference. Without knowing how your plugin is built ??
