Two products appearing in the shopping cart in error

Hi everyone,

I have a strange problem. When I click on the Buy now button on the price tables on my wordpress site and I am taken to the shopping cart page even though the correct product is listed in the shopping cart there are always two of the products in the basket instead of one.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Any help with this would be great.
