Two problems post-Powweb migration

Three weeks ago, my blog which had been hosted by Powweb migrated over to the company that acquired them. They’ve been unable to resolve two things that used to work, but no longer do and hoping someone here can help:
–Subscribe2 function no longer works on new hosting platform, and they have no idea why. It worked fine prior to migration.
–The email that notifies me when a comment is waiting to be approved no longer works. It also worked fine prior to migration.

Any suggestions/ideas on how to fix?
