    Hello,

    so i have two problems.

    First:
    Likely 70% of my customers who pay within paypal are still outpending.
    Now a customers wrote me, that he was redirected multiple times and payment wasn’t sucessfull. I tried it within:

    – Iphone Safari Browser
    – Desktop Browser/Chrome

    and hadn’t any problems.
    I guess it’s maybe within Android oder something like that?
    Is there a way to see the logs on this?

    2nd:
    Also the pay later messaging isn’t visible on my product pages.
    The function is activated though.

    Could you help me please?

    Now a customers wrote me, that he was redirected multiple times and payment wasn’t sucessfull.

    It’s possible you have another plugin that’s triggering a Javascript error on your checkout page and it’s interfering with the payment process.

    Is there a way to see the logs on this?

    All logs are located on the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page with name “wc-ppcp”.

    Also the pay later messaging isn’t visible on my product pages.

    PayLater conditionally renders based on things like your store currency and if your account is PayLater eligible. Can you share a product page url?

    You have a javascript error on your product pages coming from your theme and it looks like it’s interfering with the PayPal javascript. Here is the error:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'top')

    I did not see any JS errors on your checkout page when it loads (that doesn’t mean there isn’t one when the order processes). We’d need a way to test your checkout page in sandbox mode if possible. If you have a staging site that would be best.

    From experience I can say that usually what you’re describing on the checkout page occurs when a JS error is triggered while the Place Order button is submitted.

    Hello,

    i have a staging website, how to get into contact with you to share details?
    Also to may have a fast conversation to fix this asap?
    I have aboout 5 orders now which paid with paypal but couldn’t complete it.
    Atleast they never paid. One of them said she got redirected multiple times after Pressing the Pay Button in the Popup.
