@ank01 Sorry for not responding on here, my understanding was that you have already been in direct contact with our support department and they have been helping you.
Unfortunately, due to sickness they are very under staffed at the moment and so I’ll take over on here. Feel free to use the web contact form again and ask to be put in contact with me directly too if it would be easier. If you are in direct contact then we may be able to provide other solutions.
I have looked at the code, and it seems that I can probably make some changes to allow printing the same receipt on all printers as an option. Please give me a few more days to implement and test. Just be warned that this could cause a security issue because the security model depends on the system admin enabling the printer that they want to use from within the plugin. If printing to all connected printers then someone can guess the CloudPRNT URL for your site, then they could in theory connect another printer to it and receive copies of your orders.
Of course this could be fixed with more user interface options, but that would take much more time. So, initially I will attempt to provide the simple version, if that works then I’ll consider it as a standard feature with the necessary security considerations.
