Two posts page, one posting only one category

I’m having trouble finding a thread that addresses this problem. Basically I have a blog page and a folio page and I want to list my blog posts with the category of ‘folio’ on the folio page, with all blog posts available on the blog page.

I have managed to echo the titles and posts but the post content didn’t have any paragraph formatting while it does on the blog. I guess it’s because I used an array.

I presumed it would be a case of copying the code from the index into a new template page, but because it’s not set as the post page it doesn’t work.
