two posts in one (multilanguage) – please sugest how

I’m a Croat, and I mainly write in Croatian, but I post sometimes in English.

Can you please suggest to me how to make some post some dual language posts?

I would like to have one standard WordPress post which has excerpts from both language versions and links for both full versions.
