Two payment methods with one gateway plugin

Hello.

I’m creating a payment gateway plugin that needs to support two different payment methods (as in two payment options should show up and be selectable on the checkout page).

What’s the best way to achieve this? Should I create two gateway plugins that feed off the same settings or is there a way to unify the plugin and make the two options appear on the frontend?
