Two or more footnotes at one point crunch up

Hello dear developer, thank you for your plugin, it’s amazing.

But I have a little trouble with it: If I enclose more than one footnote at one particular point, the footnote numbers come out crunched up, instead of being divided by a comma or something else.

This is how the footnote numbers look like when they refer to FN 11 & 12: ^”1112″,

while they should look like this ^”11,12″

Please help and extend the functionality accordingly. Many thanks
