    Hi

I have my facebook page with several different website pages, example, site1.com and site2.com

I have the site1.com connected with the facebook page of that website defined in my facbook pages.

When I try to connect from site2.com to the site2 page on facebook it gives the message:
You’ve previously linked WooCommerce Extension V2 to Facebook

How can I connect the second site, all under my unique facbook account?

  • Hey @luisgalvanaybar ,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear that our plugin isn’t working as expected. I’ll be happy to help you further investigate this.

It’s possible that this issue is caused due to the WooCommerce Extension V2 System User already existing in your Facebook Business Manager account. Since you’ve already connected one site, the second connection will supposedly try to recreate the system user.

In order to take a closer look, would it be possible to take a screen recording of the setup process for the second site using a service like Loom? This would allow you to show me all the different steps and I would be able to use it a reference to try and replicate the same process on the back-end.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hey @luisgalvanaybar ,

Thanks so much for taking the time to record a screen recording. This helps a lot!

I’ve watched the video you’ve shared with me and it seems that Facebook warns you that you’ve already used the same system user for a different connection. Would you please click on the “Edit Settings” button and let me know what options you can see there?

It’s possible that this won’t affect your previous settings but instead give access for the WooCommerce Extension V2 system user to access your other Facebook page too.

    Looking forward to your response.

You were right, enter “Edit Settings” and I could create the other manager for the second page. Good!

Thank you very much for your kind support

    Hey @luisgalvanaybar ,

That’s great to hear! Thanks for confirming this for me! ??

Since that’s the case, I’m going to mark this topic as resolved, however, if you do have any more questions or stumble upon any issues, don’t hesitate to create a new topic.

I hope you have an excellent rest of the day!
