Two negative reviews by the same person

    Hello Mods,

    I believe this is a bug. The user cantgetnojs let two negative reviews for my plugin in a row.

    First, I don’t think a user should be allowed to give two negative reviews. Is that a bug?

    Second, as you can see, this user never wrote anything anywhere else on the forums, never asked for help, just came here and wrote something that doesn’t even apply to the plugin (the retina plugin doesn’t overwrite anything, even less CSS files).

    Those reviews should be completely deleted, and probably the user too. Constructive negative reviews are of course acceptable, especially when there is a discussion. This is only destructive. A bit like if I come here and write “The mods of this forum are really terrible persons, stay away from them” and just disappear ?? It is exactly the same. I am pretty sure you would remove those.

    I am always willing to make plugins and WordPress better but we shouldn’t accept destructive users when they are not helping. And those reviews for sure doesn’t help anyone.

    Please do not tag posts modlook unless it’s abuse. A bug is not abuse. The zero star review was deleted because that was a bug.

    The other review was wiped out by the user so there’s no reason to keep it and that was deleted too.

    Had the user not wiped out the first review then it would have stayed. Bad reviews constructive or not are permitted and how you reply to them is more informative to other users.

    Yes, it seems like he wanted to remove his review somehow then left. Thanks for taking care of this issues Jan.
