Two more issues with the responsive feature

In a previous post I commented about text in the main container bleeding over into the right sidebar when you shrink the width of the browser window. Two other related problems:

1) At certain browser widths the right sidebar becomes only partially visible. Ideally, as the browser window width shrinks, the main container should shrink proportionally, allowing the sidebar to be completely visible — at least up to a certain point when the window becomes so narrow that the sidebar drops down to a position below the main container.

2) As the browser window shrinks horizontally, the way the page menu items are displayed is not consistently graceful. For exammple, at certain widths the items in page menu hide part (or, in certain cases, almost all) of the header image or logo image. Ideally, the page menu should not hide any part of the header or logo image, regardless of the width of the browser window.

Hopefully the fixes to the responsive feature that you implement in v1.16 will address these problems, too.
