two months and zero support

  • I have had problems with this plugin for a good while now and have not been able to set it up. I had reached out before and gotten instructions but when I tried again, even the instructions did not fix my problem.. that was nearly 2 months ago, and so I reached out to the support page here on the plugin, only to be ignored for 2 months now with no support given.

    I get that it’s a free plugin and that support is given when available type thing… but this is 2 months later and not even so much as a reply.

    that’s clearly why you got a bad review… you make it look like I didn’t reply for a few days….. THAT IS ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLUGIN!!!!

    YOU COMPLETELY IGNORED MY POST FOR THIS PLUGIN AND I GOT NO ANSWERS EVEN TODAY, YOU DID NOT REPLY!

    This is clearly a review and not a support question… you got a bad review because you completely ignored my support question… the question you claim you replied to is on a completely different plugin.

    By the time you even replied there, who in their right mind is going to leave up a broken website? I’ve had to re-do this whole installation 3 times now, and if I had gotten support, the last time I did install it would have been successful.

    Instead I was ignored completely. If you are going to ignore me for 2 months, don’t gripe and complain just because you didn’t get an immediate answer…

    You’re the one ignoring my support topic for 2 months and complaining because I didn’t write you back in 10 days.

    WCFM all addons are related. This plugin is a addon plugin for that. It cannot be use without that plugin.

    You were not replying us on main plugin so it seems to us you have switched to some other solution. It’s very obvious if you are not using main plugin then impossible to us it’s addon.

    – This is a free plugin and I can’t promise you that I will reply you immediately. As I know these plugins never come with any such “support” agreement.

    If you think a plugin is suitable for you then use that or you may switch to alternate solution. But please don’t creat peasure on us by posting such comments.
