two menus shown (old before Responsive menu) and new (with responsive menu)

    HI,

    two menus are shown. The one I had created before I had the Responsive menu plugin and the new one I created with the responsive menu plugin. You can see it on my website https://www.kichertante.de

    I do not know how I can switch off the old one.

    To hide the old menu from your website,” you’ll need to enter the CSS class or ID of the theme menu into the menu setting. To find the ID of the theme menu, please refer to the attached video, which provides in-depth details on how to do this. https://responsive.menu/knowledgebase/hide-theme-menu/

    Once you have the ID, navigate to Responsive Menu > Menu > Hide Theme Menu and paste it there. You can also refer to the attached screenshot for additional guidance. https://snipboard.io/RFitV1.jpg
