Two media files in a post?

Is there a way to add another player in the body of the post?

Yes, there is a possibility.
The podPress box below the post editor has some input fields like “Location”, “Type” or the function “ID3 Tag Info:”. Below the last one should be a button with the label “Add Media File”. It means actually add a further media file and if click on it then you will see a further set of input fields for a second media file.

If you do that then there should be more than one media file per post. Furthermore there should be a player or a player preview for both files visible.

You have added two files via the way described above and only one player is visible? Are the other podPress elements (like the download link) of the second file visible?

I am experiencing this same problem.
When I post one mp3 file on a page, the player works great.
but when I try to add a second mp3 on the same page, it does not work.
I am using the “inline” player location marker[ display_podcast].
One of two things happens after I add the second mp3 at the bottom “add media file”:
1. If I only place one player location marker [display_podcast], then two players show up stacked on top of each other. (I want text between the players.)
2. If I place two player location markers [display_podcast] separated by text on the page (i.e. one player at the top of the page and one at the bottom), then NO player is displayed. However, a double title shows up in each location, without a player.
Can you help?
Goal: Add two (or more) mp3 to a single page, separated by text, using the player location market [display_podcast] and result is two (or more) players on the public presentation page.

The place-holder [display_podcast] is meant to be used only once per post. (If you add more than one place holder per post you will get exactly what you could observe.)
Further podPress replaces this place-holder always with a segment which includes players and download links etc. for all media files.

So far it is not possible to do what you want (to place the player and the other elements for each media file separately in a post).
But that is an interesting idea and I will think about a way to implement such a feature.
