Two Level Drop-down Menu?

Is there a way to create a dynamic two-level menu?
The user sees 5 options, then when he chooses one, he sees more options.
Like …. State: (state-1, state-2, state-3, etc.)
Then a new selection box shows up (or a box dynamically changes available options) and they choose state-3 and the see …
City: (city-1, city-2, city-3, etc.) where the cities change based on the state selected.
