Two issues with the navigation bar at top

Using Constructor Theme builder.

Let me preface this by saying I don’t know CSS well but I’ve tried. I want to remove the text “RSS Feed” from the navigation bar and to bump up the font size for the other entries. Help appreciated. Thanks.
