Re the first issue – we have seen this before with the way images are handles on product pages – the code in the theme over rides the WooCommerce Template – You can check this for your self by going to the WordPress wp-admin Appearance > Themes menu and doing a Live Preview of your site with the default WordPress theme – you will see the Product Page with the Gallery Installed show fine – The Default WordPress themes are coded to the WordPress Codex and have no problem. You need to contact the theme developer and as them to fix their theme.
Re the second issue – Please visit the Dynamic gallery dashboard – WooCommerce > Dynamic Gallery and view the Yellow sidebar on the Right – the First Paragraph of text
NOTE: ‘Settings inside the Yellow border are Pro Version advanced Features and are not activated. Visit the a3rev site if you wish to upgrade to activate these features’

Premium Upgrade
When you install WooCommerce Dynamic Gallery you will see on the admin panel all of the added functionality that the PRO Version offers. The plugin is designed so that upgrading is completely seamless. Nothing changes except all the features of WooCommerce Dynamic Gallery that you see on the Lite version are activated. Many thousands of WooCommerce store owners find the Free version has all the features that they need and never upgrade.
Hope that helps you and I will mark this topic as resolved even though your theme issue is not resolved – but that can only be done by contacting your theme dev or changing themes to one that follows the Codex. Thank you.
