    I have 2 issues I can’t figure out…
    I presented this problem and got no results,
    my personal email from this www.remarpro.com account is on my other website that’s an
    store stuck in the checkout page where the customer puts their email.
    going in the email section there and changing it does nothing.

    2nd…my color picker that was in my attribute section has left town.
    it is no longer on the page so all my colors left as well, including swatches.

    anybody familiar with this scenario would help

    p.s. I am no a coder so if you answer in code language, i’m cluless

  • Hi @leroytuttle,

    1. Are you using plugin like “Jetpack”?. You can change the admin email id by clicking on the profile (Located at the top right corner on your screen, see the image here) and navigate to contact info where you can change the email id.

    2. This might be a plugin conflict. Check your WordPress version, theme, plugins whether they are up to date.

    Thanks Naz i have jetpack and don’t use it I’ll deactivate it and see if it helps.

    it happened when I was trying to put swatches on my product and change them to squares instead of long bars. I couldn’t figure out how to make squares so I uploaded a woo pluging for swatches, when I did and went to settings my colors were gone as I noticed all were empty. So I deleted the plugin and it took the colors with it so it seems. as the picker is missing from the product attribute page.

    I did get rid of jetpack with no results
