two images with text in the middle on media and text block

Hello,

I want to add some images with text on side and looks like “media and text” block works good cause its is responsive on mobile. Only problem is that I would like on some parts to have two images on side with text in the middle but looks like this type of block doesn’t exist, there is only the option for image on right and text on left and opposite. I tried making a table but looks like table is not responsive on mobile…I tried also to create a gallery with 3 columns butI don’t know ho to put text in the middle and anyway I’m not sure if it is then responsive on mobile.

My aim is my blog to be accepted by google adsense cause it’s just been discarded.
