Two forms on same page?

Hi,
I need to have a different layout of the same form for desktop vs. mobile.
So I created two forms one for each and am hiding one depending if it is desktop or mobile.

But it isn’t working.
The mobile form is first on the page and when I go to desktop the desk form is not showing at all.

I switched the order of the forms and placed the desktop form first and is showed on desktop, but then the mobile form doesn’t show on mobile.

Is there any way to do this?
