two fields next to each other

hello.
the plugin seems really great, but i think the documentation could really use improvement.
in the screenshots i saw two fields next to each other. (caption: “Post Meta container with 2 side-by-side fields – text field and select field.”)
i don’t know why, but i just cant find it.
furthermore i would really appreciate better examples like the code that is used for the fields in the last screenshot (caption: “Example that contains most of the available fields, nested fields included.”).
that way i could just copy the code and change it.
