Two fields in one merge tag

    Hello,
    We have installed custom form 7, conditional fields for custom form 7 and Chimpmatic.

    We have on our form two fields and always is shown only one of them (conditional fields), what we want is this two fields on the same merge tag, it is possible? or is a feature that will be implemented in the future?
