Two fields but Cart only shows one

    I am creating a food ordering site and I created two fields — one for the food options and one for the extras. when I select something from both fields and click ADD TO CART, only one of them is added. For example, I can select Make it a meal and add a chicken gyro at the same time, but only make it a meal is added.

    The cart price does not reflect both items and the description does not have both selections. what am I doing wrong?
