Two features not working

Thanks for your thoughts and experience with Wordfence.

I am a little confused as I know the feature to Immediately block the IP of users who try to sign in as these usernames is working on our test sites, plus we haven’t had anyone else mention this that I can recall.

I don’t quite understand which feature you mean in your second complaint. Can you elaborate?

– Given that “Show Wordfence Automatic Blocks” doesn’t work, I compared the list of top IPs blocked in the last 24 hours on the Firewall page with the IPs of failed login attempts for usernames that I specified should be blocked immediately. None of the IPs match. This leads me to believe the “Immediately block the IP of users who try to sign in as these usernames” feature doesn’t work.

– On the Blocking page, I was expecting the “Show Wordfence Automatic Blocks” toggle to display the IP addresses that have been blocked by Wordfence, again to confirm that the “Immediately block the IP of users who try to sign in as these usernames” feature works as it should. Regardless of whether this is toggled on or off, only the IPs I’ve manually inputted show.
