Coblocks are great but I keep finding the odd thing that they can’t do or is very time consuming to rectify.

    1. Drag and drop sort order for Coblock Masonry Gallery.
I have a gallery containing 50+ images. Newly added images are added to the end rather than the beginning. I then have to move each one forward a place at a time – very boring?

    2. The ability to set the start point for an ‘ordered list’.
I need to be able to add small amounts of text between some OL list items and still maintain the consecutive numbering? It would be great to be able to set the start point. At present I’m having to use the ‘classic’ block.

    Hi @jim28100,

Thank you for making these feature requests. For the first issue you described our team agrees that the option to reorder images within a gallery by drag-and-drop would be beneficial for user experience. The Gutenberg team has been working on options to add a drag-and-drop feature to the core Gallery block but it has not yet been implemented. I have gone ahead and created a feature request on the CoBlocks GitHub explaining the issue in detail and have linked the open issue with Gutenberg as well. You can follow along here: https://github.com/godaddy/coblocks/issues/767

For your second feature request I would have to direct you to the support team for the Gutenberg plugin as the ‘list’ block is not part of CoBlocks. I was able to replicate the issue you describe and I see that you can get around the issue by hitting (Shift + Enter). By creating new lines in this way as opposed to just hitting the (Enter) key you should be able to maintain the list order.

    Best regards,

    Anthony

    Hi Anthony,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, your soft-return (Shift+Enter) option doesn’t work for me as I need to be able to add un-indented titles. You can see what I’m trying to do here.

    Hi @jim28100,

I am marking this request as resolved. CoBlocks developers have decided to close the feature request at this time until drag-and-drop is relevant in Gutenberg core.

Thanks again for making this request.

    Best regards,

    Anthony
