Two Factors Problem

You have to scan the user’s two factor settings code in Google authenticator or Authy app which will provide the OTP for to input for that user of the site. It will not be sent in email.

you can define below constant in wp-config.php and try access the Two factor authentication page have QR Code to scan.

Note : It will disable two factor authentication for all users

Right now you may use below two guide to set up .

If you have two factors enabled for user It needs to be set up in the Google authenticator app ( or others) etc. scanning the QR Code so time-based OTP? you can enter at login time.
