Two-factor authentication not working

Seems like it does it’s job, except the two-factor authentication fails to set up. I did turn it on directly in CleanTalk’s website,but when I attempted to activate it from my WP dashboard some message pops up that says, “Confirmation code not send!”. The grammar is even wrong.
