Two Factor Authentication for account login

    I tried to login to my online free account and it is requesting a two factor key, I dont have one or didn’t set it up and now I don’t see a way to login

    do I have just register again?

    I use two factor apps but no entry for you

    Hi,

    Just want to confirm, are you referring to your UpdraftPlus.com account?
    Do you still have the emergency codes? This was shown at time of setup.

    the online account at updraftplus.com not the backup from wordpress as that is still working ok. I dont remember setting up 2 factor I use a lot of them and it is not there

    Finally managed to get in with an emergency code, thanks for reminding me about them i have added it back again
