Two domains on one subsite(one databases) without redirecting to the Primary.

I have a question if any one of you all can answer me. actually I am new to WP-Multisites, I am not sure that if this functionality is available or not. Can I map two domains on a sub domain so that both of them can load independently without redirecting to the Primary?
