I have two product categories/products with different tax rates (7% and 19%). When a customer orders products from both categories at the same time, only one tax rate is displayed on the invoice. Are there specific settings I need to configure to display the different tax rates correctly?

Please note that our free version follows the WooCommerce tax settings, therefore, if you include tax to the prices:
…the Simple template will display the Tax this way:
If you are showing the prices excluding taxes, the PDF invoice will look like this (in a separated line):
In addition, if you choose to display the tax totals itemized:
…the tax rates will be itemized in the total’s area too, if you have more than one tax rate:
That said, with the Premium Templates extension, you can use the customizer to tailor your PDF documents, without depending on the WooCommerce tax settings.
For instance, you can add the tax rate and VAT columns to the order list, as well as the product thumbnail, single and total price, etc.:
This is an example screenshot of a sample PDF invoice that displays the product thumbnails, single and total price per line, and the tax rate and VAT amounts. You can do the same for all your available PDF documents.
