two different sidebars for wordpress and blog address

I have a new question. About 5 minutes ago I was looking at the general option. I noticed it have a box for the wordpress address and another box for the blog address. The blog address is different from the directory I installed wordpress in.
I would like to have two different sidebars. One for the wordpress address and another for the blog address.
How do I do this?
