Thank you for sharing the images.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Test to see if the issue has been resolved

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

yes, thought so too and its the first approach, but: changed to theme twenty-something, deacticated all plugins except Woocommerce, but: error persists.

Thank you for letting us know you performed the conflict test and are still seeing the issue. Since that is the case let’s check to see if any critical or fatal errors have been logged that may point us in the right direction.

Can you please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, once there please hit the dropdown menu on the right and check for any critical/fatal errors that occurred within the time frame of the issue? If you find there is something please paste the contents of the log here, but be sure to redact any personal information before doing so (Depending on the nature of the log there may be none, but always good to check), and we’ll be happy to review.

Hi @mcian,

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report. It looks a-okay!

I see the issue is that the orders under WooCommerce > Home shows incorrect/random names than the correct ones which you can see under WooCommerce > Orders.

I see there is an open bug report about this issue here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/32217
