Two different login pages for users…

I have two separate services/websites on one wordpress installation. Therefore, I would like to have two different login pages for each service with different logos. I know how to set up the first page, logo etc. but how can I create a second login page which will use the same login details etc but will a different logo. can I simply have wp-login.php then create a new wp-login2.php and edit it?
