Two days wasted and it still will not work

  • I have spent 2 days trying to get this plugin to work. There is apparently some conflict with caching plugins, and nothing I have tried will overcome the issue. I have polled my Facebook group, and about 75% of them cannot see the videos at all. It’s just a big black square where the video should be. So annoyed because now I have to start all over again from scratch, and potentially waste more time.

Unfortunately, we are offline last day due to an emergency and this is the reason we are not able to get you a reply immediately. I’m sorry to see that you have disabled our plugin on your website. Is there any way you can enable it back again? So, we would be able to get a clue on the issue and assist you accordingly.
