    I bought the PAID bundle yesterday. But the login they sent didn’t work. I emailed them. They sent me a new password. But it wasn’t a password issue. I’ve tried everything I can to get a response since then. I’ve sent them Tweets, posted on Facebook, emailed, commented, wrote reviews.

    NOTHING. They advertise “Legendary user support” what they forgot to mention that it is LEGENDARILY BAD!! The worst support I’ve ever seen. Take my advice and RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Still having this problem. I got one response which again thinks I’m an idiot (try a different browser or clearing cache). NOPE! Doesn’t work!!

    So apparently, you get one response every 24 hours–but not on weekends. Geesh do I regret buying this product!

    We’re sorry you have had a frustrating experience.

    However, you’re correct that while we aim to reply as quickly as possible there are occasions, particularly during busy periods, where it may be 24-48 hours before you receive a response. You’re also entirely correct that we generally do not operate on weekends at this time.

    It’s absolutely not the case that anyone on the team thinks or even implied that you’re an idiot. The advice you were given represents a useful step that worked for a number of users and was shared in the spirit of trying to help you.

    Darcy: this discussion has spread over multiple channels (here, the review page, our Help Desk, Twitter, Facebook, email …) and while we understand your frustration you’ll forgive me if I bow out of this particular exchange as it merely repeats what you’ve already shared, multiple times, elsewhere.
