If you want to do this with the default template rather than using one of the premium templates which output in columns you’ll need to create some custom CSS in order to do that. Here’s doc page explaining where to put your custom CSS file for templates.

It is possible but it would require editing the PHP of the template. Template also support override files so you could add your view profile link to a custom template override file. Here’s a link to a doc page which explains where to to put this file.
fyi… neither of these doc pages will walk you thru on how to accomplish what your are asking, so you will need to know CSS and PHP to accomplish what you want with the default template.
