    hii team i have to create the quiz, but i need to change caption background of image.

    Also i need to create question with two inner columns ex. one column includes images and other contains choices. it is possible? please let me know

    Ans: In the free version of QSM this is not possible. We have some premium theme addons that will change the look and feel of your quiz and survey. I request you to please check the below-given link. Let me know if you need more help.
