Two column form

Hi Mike!
So, I created a page with two columns and loaded one form on the left and another one on the right to try and give the effect of a single form that spans two columns. How would I go about changing the code so that the submit button will actually process both forms? Unreasonable? https://www.expertconsultantsnetwork.com Would appreciate any insight. Thanks!
